Your best rep's pitch, in every rep

For door-to-door and inside sales teams. Reps practice the door and the cold call out loud, copy your best reps, and leave behind a pitch that keeps working.

Practice the door before the door

A new rep hears the homeowner, answers out loud and keeps the take worth keeping. Their manager hears it before the next shift.

Role-plays

Say it out loud before the door or the dial

  • Voiced homeowners and prospects
  • Out loud, on a phone between doors or dials
  • Every objection, with a strong answer
  • A play for every step, from hello to signature

Turn your best reps into everyone’s playbook

The fastest way to sell like your best rep is to hear them do it. Shadowpitch keeps the takes worth hearing and puts them where every rep practices.

  • Reps

    Reps keep their best takes

Practice stays private. A rep keeps the take they’d say tomorrow, and their manager hears it.

  • Managers

    Managers share what’s working

The best takes are filed by step of the pitch and by objection, so every rep hears what works. Each one names its rep.

  • The whole team

    Everyone sees the wins

A manager posts this week’s win: a line on the deal and what turned it. Reps see it the next time they open Shadowpitch, and in Monday’s email.

Leave-behinds

The pitch that keeps working after you leave

Text the homeowner their estimate from the driveway, or send the deck after the call. When the spouse opens it at 8 p.m., your rep knows.

  • A link per homeowner, by text or email
  • When it's opened, and what they read
  • An alert to the rep the moment it's opened
  • The PDFs and decks you have, in your brand

Built from what you already have

Each piece sits in the step of the pitch it belongs to, and opens right where reps practice.

Sales plays

Real moments from your doors and calls: what the homeowner or prospect says, what a good answer covers and a strong answer.

Buyer profiles

Who your reps sell to: the homeowner, the spouse who signs, the prospect who picks up. What makes them lean in and what makes them go quiet.

Customer stories

Proof your reps can retell, with what they can and cannot claim.

Your decks

The estimate, deck or one-pager a rep will show at the kitchen table, opened inside a play so they practice with it in hand.

Videos

Your best reps at the door, call reviews and a word from the owner.

Documents and links

PDFs, one-pagers and links, opened and counted in one place.

Questions we get

Anything else, book 30 minutes.

Who is Shadowpitch for?

Teams that sell on a script and keep hiring. Door-to-door teams in solar, home security, pest control and roofing, and inside sales teams making cold calls and booking meetings. If your best rep's pitch is the one you wish every rep gave, it is for you.

What is an interactive sales playbook?

Your sales playbook, made into something reps practice instead of read. Each play is a real moment from your doors and calls: what the homeowner or prospect says, what a good answer covers and a strong answer. Reps rehearse it out loud, it stays current when your pitch changes, and managers see who is ready.

What does Shadowpitch cost?

$30 a rep a month, billed annually, from 5 reps. A seat is a rep assigned at least one ramp plan or play, counted once a quarter; owners, managers and editors are free. Every team starts with a guided launch, our implementation: $1,500 one time, covering your first 90 days. We edit your first ramp plan and up to 12 plays, run a kickoff with your managers, check in after 30 days, and give you unlimited support for those 90 days. After that, bigger changes, such as new plays or a ramp plan for a new role, are a fixed-price refresh, quoted before we start. Teams of 50 or more can ask about volume pricing.

How long does setup take?

About a week. Send us your material, and we draft your first ramp plan and plays with AI and edit every line. You go live as soon as your team has reviewed and published them.

How much of our team's time does it take?

A few hours to start: a kickoff call with your managers, sending your material, and reviewing the first plays. After that, about 30 minutes a week for a manager to check activity and answer coaching requests. Your editors can change plays, content and ramp plans at any time, and we review the plays with you every quarter. New plays, a ramp plan for a new role or a bigger rewrite are a fixed-price refresh, quoted before we start.

Is this AI role-play?

Not in the chatbot sense. The buyer's lines are spoken in natural AI voices, and the rep answers out loud, but no AI grades the answer. Reps grade themselves against a strong answer, and a named coach grades the takes they send. AI drafts plays from your material, and your team reviews every one before reps see it.

Do reps get ranked or scored?

No. There are no leaderboards, ratings or scores. Practice stays on the rep’s device. A manager hears a take only when the rep keeps it, and the team hears it only if the rep says yes.

How does it fit with call recording and our enablement tools?

It is the readiness side of revenue enablement, and it sits beside the tools you already run. Call recording shows what happened on a call; Shadowpitch is where reps practice the fix before the next one. Send us the call moments your managers flag, and we turn them into plays your reps rehearse out loud. Your decks and documents can stay where they live today: reps open them from Shadowpitch, and every open is counted.

Does it connect to our other tools?

It runs in the browser with nothing to install. Reps sign in with a code sent to their work email. Coaching requests, certification sign-offs and finished ramp plans can post to your team's Slack channel or a shared mailbox, and managers get a weekly email on how the team practiced. Single sign-on is on our roadmap; tell us what your team uses when we talk.

Can you build the deck our reps show?

Yes. Bridger, the studio behind Shadowpitch, builds interactive presentations for sales teams at bridgercreative.com. They open inside a play, so reps practice the pitch with the same deck they will show.

What can reps leave behind after the door or the call?

A link to the estimate, deck or one-pager they showed, sent by text or email. The rep sees when it is opened and which pages were read, and gets an alert the moment it happens, so the follow-up call starts with what the homeowner or prospect actually looked at.

Can we send the PDFs we already have?

Yes. Upload a PDF or deck and it becomes a leave-behind in your brand, with a link for each buyer and which pages they read. Every plan includes unlimited documents.
